      本文针对我国科普人才队伍建设面临的人才数量短缺和结构不合理问题,从组织吸引力影响要素及 其作用的角度展开分析。通过实证研究发现,科普工作功能性与象征性两特征维度均对潜在人才的科普组织 吸引力感知存在显著正影响,象征性维度影响大于功能性维度;与科普组织吸引力相关性最高的三个因子分 别是晋升、胜任及声望;性别、教育背景对科普工作特征与组织吸引力之间的关系存在显著影响。另外,潜 在人才对科普工作与组织吸引力感知评价不高,需采取一定措施予以提升与改善。
英文摘要:
      This research analyzes the shortage of talents and irrational structure in the construction of science popularization talents in China,with considering the influencing factors and functions from the perspective of organizational attractiveness. Through an empirical study,it is found that both instrumental attributes and symbolic attributes have significant and positive influence on potential talents’perception of the attractiveness of science organization,where the symbolic attributes effect is greater than the instrumental attributes. Promotion,competence and prestige are all relating to the attractiveness of science popularization organization. Gender has a significant impact on the relationship between the characteristics of science popularization and organizational attractiveness. In addition,the potential talents are less prone to the perception of science popularization work and organizational attraction,consequently,some measures should be taken to improve the attraction of the talents for science popularization organization.
