      青少年科技人才培养是当前我国科学教育面临的重要任务,学科竞赛活动是达成该任务的一个途径。 然而我国学科竞赛对于青少年科技人才培养的实际效果与相关因素尚不明确。基于对参与学科竞赛的644 名 高中生的调查,通过描述性分析和相关性分析发现,我国学科竞赛活动有较好的科技人才培养与选拔效果, 体现为学生科学素质各方面的提升;备赛方式、参赛的内外部动机、获奖情况与参加活动时长几项因素与学 科竞赛活动的育人效果之间存在不同程度的相关性。研究建议巩固与强化学科竞赛的育人成效,并深入开展 后续研究。
英文摘要:
      One most important goal of recent science education in China is to cultivate scientific and technological youth talent and running academic competitions is an approach to achieve that goal. However,there is yet little knowledge about the effectiveness of such academic competitions conducted in China as well as what the factors relevant are. This research conducted an investigation into 644 senior high school students with participation experiences of academic competitions. The result of both descriptive and relevant analyses indicates that academic competitions held in China are working well in cultivating and selecting youth talent with high performance of scientific literacy. Several relevant factors are specified in favoring the effectiveness of academic competitions on different levels,which include ways in preparation for the competition,intrinsic and extrinsic motivations,winning awards and long duration of engagement. The author suggests that the effectiveness of academic competitions be consolidated and strengthened and further research be conducted as well.
