      本文在讨论在线评论和科技馆观众满意度已有研究的基础上,以“大众点评网”公布的中国科技馆 在线评论信息为数据来源,采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,对中国科技馆新馆开放后的观众满意度 进行分析,研究了观众满意因素和不满意因素。依据此案例的研究结果,提出了场馆运行与管理的改进措施 与建议。
英文摘要:
      The existing research about online reviews and audiences’satisfaction of science and technology museum are firstly discussed in this paper. According to the published online reviews of China Science and Technology Museum(CSTM)at the Public Scoring Web of www.dianping.com,the paper investigates the audiences’satisfaction evaluation after the museum was opened to the public in 2009, and the combined methods of qualitative research and quantitative research are employed. Subsequently, audiences’satisfaction factors and dissatisfaction factors about CSTM are analyzed in detail in order to explore the management and service problems in the museum. Based on the results of the case study,some measures and suggestions for improving the operation and management are put forward in the paper.
