      本文通过对科技工作者开展科普工作状况调研,结果显示,科技工作者对待科普工作态度积极,责任意识强,但其参与科普活动的频率不高,存在知行反差现象;时间、精力、经费、缺乏考核机制是主要影响因素,科普责任、获得自我价值感是重要驱动力;更加重视传播科学精神和科学理性;认为要提升自身科普能力,建立多方协同推进科普工作机制。建议:完善科技项目和科教单位及其工作者的考核奖励制度;拓宽开展科普工作的渠道,推进新媒体、自媒体和信息化科普;注重科普内容设计,大力弘扬科学精神,提升公众科学理性;建立高校科研院所专业化科普志愿组织,注重正向引导和激励,多方协作形成科普合力;健全应急科普工作机制;促进科技工作者科普能力建设。
英文摘要:
      This paper investigates the status of science popularization(S-P) by scientific and technical worker. The results show that they have a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility towards S-P, but their frequencies of participation in S-P activities are not high, and there exist a phenomenon of contrasts between cognition and practice. Also, time, energy, funds, lack of assessment mechanism are the main influencing factors, meantime the responsibility of science popularization and the sense of self-worth are the important driving forces. They pay more attention to broadcast the spirit of science and scientific rationality, and thinking that they should enhance S-P ability, and a multi-party mechanism should be established to promote science popularization. Suggestions: Perfecting the evaluation and reward system of scientific and technological projects, scientific and educational units and its workers; broadening the channels for carrying out S-P, as promoting new media, self-Media and information S-P; Focusing on the content of S-P, vigorously propagating scientific spirit and enhancing public scientific rationality; establishing professional voluntary S-P organizations in scientific research institutes and universities, focusing on positive guidance and incentives, and cooperating in many ways to form a joint force of S-P; establishing the emergency mechanism of S-P and promoting the S-P capacity of scientific and technological workers.
